👋🏻 Hi, I am Anniiket.
I’m a User Experience Designer with 15+ years of experience based in Pune, India.

My career so far...
I hold a Commerce degree from Pune University, where I developed an early understanding of what sets successful businesses apart from unsuccessful ones.
Coming from a financially challenged background, I began my career as a janitor at a small IT firm—where I self-taught 2D/3D animation, illustration, and front-end development. Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked my way up to a Vice President role.
While I started in web design and development, my curiosity and empathy led me to user experience. I studied Nielsen Norman’s research and earned certifications from HFI, and read a lot of books, which laid the foundation for my journey in UX.
Since 2006, I’ve designed user-centered solutions for global brands like Citi, Microsoft, BMC Software, Bentley Systems, and TomTom. I’ve collaborated with C-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams to lead UX strategies for 3D desktop apps, enterprise platforms, and mobile interfaces—leveraging research, prototyping, and testing to drive meaningful results.
